Sorry to hear that the insurance has not yet reimbursed you. Maybe you could give them a call to see what the hold up is? Well.....that's just what I did and it seems they have denied my claim Something to do with the vet putting the wrong date on Buddy's first symptoms. I was SO upset.......... ..............I canceled the policy! But get this! They billed me for Sept. payment already and this was debited to my checking on Sept. 8th so there is nothing I can do about it now

I decided I would call the vet to see if something can be done about entering the wrong date for Buddy's illness. If I can get this resolved there shouldn't be any problem with the Insurance I sure hope not anyway
