Good luck with Buddy! We are thinking about getting those stairs for our Penny. She's 12 and has pretty bad arthritis in her bum. It's made her a grouchy girl. When you tell her to move and give her the littlest push, she will turn around and bite you! I don't hold it against her, I know she's in pain, but it's kind of bad when she does it to the guests. Oh, I hope everything goes well if she does have babies, but I hope she doesn't. 25 cats! Wow. And I thought I had a lot of animals.

Thanks cuterat, Buddy's doing ok and he's really not that old. He'll be 6 years old May 25th. Buddy's a small dog weighing 19 lbs now (about 4 lbs over weight) and the vet said because he was jumping down from our high pillow top mattress on our bed, it was putting a strain on his back. He's fine if he doesn't jump off of high things. I think he might think, he's a cat instead of a dog...LOL!
Poor Penny ): Do you give her anything for her arthritis pain? There's a lot of arthritis medications out there for dogs now. Maybe one of those would help her. Good luck with her, poor girl ):

one of our dogs had arthiritis when we lived in London, she had some pills which we only gave her when she was bad; but they worked miracles; she was better straight away after having them; Definately having puppies; could be anytime now;she's soooo fat; its very hot here and I feel for her!keep you posted!
