The horses were taken out of the pasture a couple weeks ago, I believe for a riding trip. I'm hoping too it was only because the 4th is coming up because horses really don't like the noise from fireworks. What really bothers me though I saw an accident reported on the news a couple days ago regarding someone pulling horse trailers where two of the horses were killed. I hope it wasn't our horses because the trailer they showed looked alot like the one that the horses owners use. The news didn't really say much and you couldn't really see much with the aerial shot they took. I've been watching the news hoping to find out more about this accident but so far there hasn't been anything Hope it wasn't our horses

Oh wow. I hope everything is ok. So sad that the accident claimed the life of 2 horses very sad indeed. I sure hope that it was not your neighbors. (you did say that they where neighbors correct?)

It is very sad that 2 horses lives were ended in a horse trailer accident. When I heard about this I was soo upset even if it wasn't my neighbors horses it's still very upsetting to imagine what the poor horses experienced before they died Yes, they are my neighbors who live behind my house. They own the 28 acre pasture out back. I haven't seen or heard anything regarding the horses lately. The neighbors usually throw a big 4th of July party with a spectacular firework display, so maybe that's why the horses aren't back yet? I hope that's the reason anyway?

I would ask. The suspense of not knowing would be more than I could handle. My heart goes out to the lose of the horses, whos ever they belonged to.

Yes, I'm going to have to ask the neighbor, that is if I ever see him! Usually I can see some activity at their home but lately except for the 4th, I haven't seen anything! I'm not even sure they are home. I'll probably leave a note on his door because their house is quite a distance from the pasture, I actually have to drive there to do it I sure hope it wasn't his horses that were killed

Good News today! ;D My husband talked to our neighbor and the horses will be back soon! The horses involved in the accident were not his horses....I'm SO relieved to hear that! Before long will have the horses back running in the field... ;D
