My new male society finch I just got on Sunday died sometime during the night last night.   He is the one on top of the nest box. We had such a short time together but I loved him so. He will be greatly missed. |

thanks Connie. Me and Hannah both got very sad when he died all the sudden, but the people I traded birds with have been notified and they are going to bring me a new male on Friday.

thanks pelly, i think he is at peace because he died so peacefully in his sleep. poor little guy. i dont know what was wrong with him but the female does not have it. Thankfully.
Yes it is good Connie that the breeders are giviing me a new male to replace him, makes me feel a bit better. But I won't have him until Friday when they can drive down here. They are very good people, and I am glad that I got the know them.

& Welcome! As you can see this forum looks a little different than it did before due to an upgrade from V4 to V5....not sure I like the way it looks now so I will work on some tweaking to make it look better..Please bare with me as I make changes
