Instead of raining cats and dogs; today it rained chickens; we found 2 crates full of chickens in the middle of the road this morning; we think a lorry took the bend too quick and the crates fell off: there was 10 chickens packed solidly in each crate; we took them to our run; but as they are all thingyerell s we can't keep them all; so our neighbour has taken 15.she lost a lot of hers to a pinemartin; we've just let ours out with the new ones; and all seems well; They were probably going to the abbatoir or to market; so we saved their lives;

Yeah!! You saved the chickens from the market I wish it would rain chickens here ;D
