It was a few days ago (June 13th) that my son, James moved to Montana and I'm feeling the emptiness that you feel when a loved one is gone. I know he's going to be OK, he's with his big brother Dan & his wife Cheryl but I'm still going to miss him. I keep telling myself, at least he's not in Iraq like the son's & daughter's in our troops! I can't imagine what that's like for those poor parents My son Dan moved to Montana about 4 years ago and I've only seen him once when he came back to Washington for a short visit. I'm hoping I can see both my boys more often than once in 4 years. I'm really having a hard time with this! He's always been here! We celebrated his 24th Birthday just the day before he left. Hopefully I'll see him next year on his Birthday too

I'm sorry that Jamie moved away! Well I know how it feels, because Chris was away for four years. At least he will be with some of the family. I hope he finds work there. Is he staying with Danny & Cheryl? "DON'T WORRY BE HAPPY NOW!!!" ;D

I walk past his bedroom expecting to see him and he's not there....I know it will take some time but I feel so lonely without him here. He was the only one who I could ever have a conversation with, besides the animals I'm not the only one who's having a hard time with this move, Shannon is too her & Jamie were always very close and she cried buckets when she found out he was moving out of state. Yes, he's staying with Dan & Cheryl until he can get his own place. He'll be working for Dan's new paint business. I guess they are overloaded with customers so Jamie should keep real busy. We celebrated Rick's birthday tonight at the Outback Steakhouse ~ it was nice. Melissa, Shannon & Mike joined us.

Sorry to hear that your son has moved away; I know I'd miss my girls if they went; my sister's son moved to Dubai this January; with her grandson; and another on the way: fortunately she has Skype, where she can talk to them and see them via the webcam. Do you have Skype over there; is free to talk to anyone who has it: i have it so i can keep up with my sister: We had a friend visit yesterday; out of the blue we had a call to say she was in France on holiday;could she come over; hadn't seen her for 14 years; so it was great; would have been better if she had followed the route i gave her; and didn't arrive until 2pm; so we only had a couple of hours; still it was good; As you said about yuour son; at least his not in the army!! keep your chin up; his only a call away!

Thanks Pelly! Your Right! He is only a phone call away I've never heard of Skype before so I don't know if it's available over here That would be so cool if it was ....and...Free to boot! I do have a video cam but I don't have it installed on my computer and I'm sure it would cost a small fortune to use it here anyway but it's worth checking into. ;D

A webcam is just something you fix to the computer; I don't think it cost anything to use: If you look up the web site for Skype it should tell you; they have it in Dubai; so I would think they have it over there!

As Pelly said Jamie is only a phone call away until you next see him Hugs hun Yeah, I know your right and I'm getting a little used to him not being here too. I have talked to him on the phone a few times but as far as contacting him on the computer, I can't. They don't get internet service in the town they're in. It's a very small remote out of the way town in Montana called Kremlin. It really helps that Jamie has a cell phone because they don't have phone service either Jamie has had health issues since he was younger and that's part of the reason I'm having a harder time with him leaving than any of my other kids. Your right though about Shannon......hehehe....she's definitely a mama's girl ;D Thanks so much for all your concern, I really appreciate it
