This is my daughter Shannon's cat, Pookey Bear (aka Boo boo bear, aka pookers, aka Booo) Pookey will be 15 yrs old on Sept. 17. She's an old girl but very fiesty...hehehe She lived with me until Shannon married 3 yrs ago and took Pookey to her new home to live with her new kitty Samantha.... Pookey Bear resembles her mom & name sake Pookey! Her mom Pookey was Persian with the same color as Pookey Bear

One of our old cats we had in England was called Henry, he hated dogs; if a dog walked past him it was a quick swipe round the nose; my ma in law had a spaniel and as soon as he walked in the house; Henry was there; sayings 'its my house; so watch it' Poor old thing had fits and died but he was always the boss!

Henry sounds like my Sissy girl who passed from a heart condition years ago. I sure miss that cat! Anyway, Sissy hated dogs too and pretty much any other pet we had cats, etc. Her spirit has been hanging around the cat dish on & off and Scruffy is scared to death to pass when she's there! I know this sounds a little strange...but...I sense her presence and my husband has actually seen her a few times.
