went to a village dance on Saturday with our French neighbours; it was a 80s night; really enjoyed it; they played the twist and a few other good old records; now my body if suffering; the poor old legs are aching a bit!

Larry and I used to country dance a lot but haven't done it for a couple years now. I know what you mean by feeling your age when you haven't been dancing in a while. My legs do the same thing if I haven't danced for some time. A lot of cramping 
& Welcome! As you can see this forum looks a little different than it did before due to an upgrade from V4 to V5....not sure I like the way it looks now so I will work on some tweaking to make it look better..Please bare with me as I make changes
