Dogs being stolen in my neighborhood

Several dogs in my neighborhood have been stolen from backyards at all hours of the day.

A man, while walking his dog a man was struck in the face while his dog was taken from him, thieves made off with the dog in their vehicle.

The target - Small breeds such as Shih Tzu's, Poodles, Peekapoos, Lhaso's, Chihuahuas and Maltese.

OK, I will not leave my dogs in the yard alone, but now I fear even walking them! I have 3 Chihuahuas and it is not fair for them if they can't go on walks! This is so sad

OMGOSH! That's Just Awful! Poor little dogs ~ and their owners I hope the people responsible get caught and punished for their crimes

I pray all the dogs that were stolen are found "Safe" so they can be returned to their owners!

I'd watch my dogs like a hawk to make sure they weren't a target if I were you! Better they are confined now then loose them to thieves!
