We've sure had some weird weather here in the northwest We have went from warm to cold to freezing to flooding to high winds and now........we have a storm that came down from Alaska and brought us snow this morning with arctic temps............Brrrrrr! They say it's suppose to last into next week with temps in the teens and maybe lower in some places.........Brrrrrrrr.......I sure hope we don't lose our power again How's the weather in everyones elses neck of the woods?

It has been warmer then normal around here by about 20 degrees, and lately WINDY as heck. But the front is on its way here also, should be here by the weekend they say. The temps are expected to drop severely by tommorrow. At this point it is a bit too early for them to make any kind of accurate forecast. I hope you don't lose power too. That would be very bad.

not too bad here; got cold before christmas down to -5c but fairly warm at present; foggy in morning: have had snow up country but nothing so far here; just aswell as our gas is running out for the heating and wont be able to top it up for the minute; have got a booking for the gite; so things are looking a bit hopeful; lets hope we get a lot more!

Update here! It snowed all night and now our temps are in the teens! The weather says they'll reach +5 to -5 degrees by morning.....Brrrrr....that's really cold! The roads are icy as heck with lots of slipping and sliding causing major accidents and So far our power is still on...that's a relief

the gas has just run out so lets hope it stays mild; or it will be the extra layers on again; mind you bought some lovely fleeciy pyjamas; there lovely!!

the front just got here at 3 am, omG it is cold, and will just get colder. got all my layers on. The chances are we are only getting loads of ice out of it they say. so will let you know.
i hope other then the cold and ice and snow all else is going fine there.

Well..............our Power is still on.......that's a Huge Comfort! It's still very cold here and the snow has been frozen solid since this all started. It did snow again this weekend but stopped and now we are suppose to get another round of the white stuff this week sometime. Tina, I hope your keeping warm......and Pelly, are the temps still warm in France?? Sure hope so for your sake.....

not too bad; got down to 2c the other night; but sun has been coming out during the day; looks a bit dull at the moment; but its only 9.45am here;so theres hope, still have the gaz fire and electric radiators; but found some wood and lit the fire last night; just hope the snow dosen't come; last year it was about the 27th January when it arrived; still I have a lovely pair of fleecy pyjamas; they are so warm!

Yeah..........I know what ya mean about the pjs, robe and slippers! I've been wearing mine a lot now that the temps have been Soooo Cold! Glad to hear though, your both doing OK! ;D

looks like we could be in for some snow tomorrow according to the forcast; it was about this time last year; so better stock up on the food today:have to take Tilly back to have her stitches out; - whats left of them-; so better get all those jobs done; if it like last year we'll be indoors for a few days; kee p you posted; hope you are all well!

staying indoors here. gd layer f ice from the storm last week, and day before yesterday 4 inches of snow on top of that. expecting mre snow this weekend. looks like winter is here at last.

Nice snowy picture Pelly! I'm So glad our snow and ice is gone and we're in the high 50's degree temps now! It's like Spring time now except for the nights....we still have freezing temps at night with frost )o:
